Program name and description
Lampists messages support property-watch inquiries, owner-side documentation, scheduling coordination, service confirmations, and owner-approved next-step coordination for Santa Cruz property owners and authorized contacts.
Consent and opt-in
You may opt in to receive Lampists SMS messages by texting Lampists, requesting contact through a Lampists form, or asking Lampists to follow up by text. Lampists uses SMS for service-related communication, not list marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by inquiry, property context, active service, and owner-approved coordination needs.
Rates and opt-out
Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help. You may also email jason@lampists.com.
No emergency service
Lampists is not an emergency response service, security patrol, alarm company, contractor, licensed home inspector, legal advisor, insurance advisor, or property manager. For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Human confirmation required
A call, text, form submission, or email does not confirm a visit, dispatch, access, paid service, or authorization-sensitive step. Lampists will confirm directly before taking any such step.
