Lampists is a Santa Cruz property intelligence and stewardship service. Calls, texts, and intake requests are inquiries only until Lampists confirms scope, authorization, timing, and next steps directly.

Program name and description
Lampists messages support property-watch inquiries, owner-side documentation, scheduling coordination, service confirmations, and owner-approved next-step coordination for Santa Cruz property owners and authorized contacts.
Consent and opt-in
You may opt in to receive Lampists SMS messages by texting Lampists, requesting contact through a Lampists form, or asking Lampists to follow up by text. Lampists uses SMS for service-related communication, not list marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by inquiry, property context, active service, and owner-approved coordination needs.
Rates and opt-out
Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help. You may also email jason@lampists.com.
No emergency service
Lampists does not provide burglar-alarm monitoring, fire-alarm monitoring, camera surveillance, private-security patrol, or police and fire dispatch. When licensed work is included, it is separately scoped and performed by Construction Solution Corp, CSLB #1071818, or another appropriately licensed contractor. Verify current license status with the California Contractors State License Board. For emergencies, contact 911 or the owner's existing emergency-service provider.
Human confirmation required
A call, text, form submission, or email does not confirm a visit, owner-authorized field response, access, paid service, or authorization-sensitive step. Lampists will confirm directly before taking any such step.
