Information collected
Lampists may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses or neighborhoods, inquiry details, owner context, scheduling details, and property-observation notes or photos when needed to provide requested services. Insurance-readiness intake may also include the requester's role, brokerage or company, insurance situation, renewal, cancellation, or closing date, and current carrier or FAIR Plan status.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare owner reports, coordinate owner-approved follow-up, send service-related email or SMS updates, maintain owner records, assess fit and scheduling for insurance-readiness requests, and operate Lampists property-watch services. Lampists does not send insurance intake information to a carrier. Evidence is provided to the homeowner, who may share it with a licensed broker or authorize another handoff.
SMS and phone communications
If you call or text (831) 999-7985, Lampists may use your phone number and message content to respond to your inquiry or provide service-related updates. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
No sale of personal information
Lampists does not sell personal information. Lampists does not share mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Do not submit sensitive insurance records
Lampists intake forms are for contact and situation information only. Do not submit policy numbers, claim information, insurance notices, or other documents through the intake form.

Lampists may update this policy as services or communication paths change. Continued use of Lampists communication channels means the current policy applies.
