What is a First Watch Report?

A First Watch Report is the first documented property-watch visit from Lampists. It is a $295 owner-side snapshot that gives an owner a clear starting record of visible property conditions.

The report can include timestamped photos, exterior observations, storm or access notes, and practical next steps the owner may want to consider. It becomes the baseline for Job Site Watch, Property Watch, Watch Plus, Daily Watch, dispatch, and owner-ready documentation.

What to remember.

It is a property-watch baseline, not a formal inspection.
It is based on visible conditions at the time of visit.
Ongoing service can add monthly property checks, Job Site Watch, Watch Plus, Daily Watch, or issue-driven dispatch.
It is credited toward your first month if you begin Job Site Watch, Property Watch, or Watch Plus within 30 days.
